Founded by Erhabor Ighodaro and driven by a cadre of talented and experienced conflict resolution and criminal justice professionals, OCG has designed best practices models and assisted local, state and national law enforcement agencies in resolving crime and conflicts in urban communities.

In 2012, OCG designed a conflict resolution program for the United Nations (UN) rural-urban integration program, an initiative that has been herald as a model for crime prevention, conflict resolution, peace and community building for urban centers around the world.

Erhabor our CEO and Senior Conflict Analyst, holds a doctorate degree in conflict analysis and resolution and he is considered one of the leading experts in conflict resolution in the United States.
Our firm provides services in mediation and mental health counselling and we offer specialized services in capacity building for businesses and government agencies through training in professional development and the design and implementation of cutting edge conflict analysis and resolution methodologies.
Our firm offers problem-solving, and crime analytics from a holistic, multidimensional and integrated perspective. We utilize successful and established best practices models and we pay particular attention to context, nuance and cultural norms. In accordance with the model established for the United Nations and the Foundation for Democracy in Africa (FDA), we have demonstrated that we know how to think global and act local.
